Ingredients
- 1 x Bottle of Mini Pinoy Grill - All Purpose Marinade
- 6 x Pieces of Maryland Chicken
- 1 x Lemon

- Air Fryer
- Baking Paper (Partchment paper)
- Olive oil Spray
- Tupperware container
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Arrange the chicken pieces in a Tupperware or any airtight container.

Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over all the chicken pieces, ensuring even coverage.

Marinate: Pour Mini Pinoy Grill All-Purpose Marinade over the chicken. Gently massage the marinade into the meat, making sure each piece is thoroughly coated.

Chill: Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.

Set Up the Air Fryer: Line the basket of your air fryer with baking paper. Depending on its size, place two chicken pieces skin-side down in the basket.

Cook: Air fry at 200°C for 24 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through (12 minutes per side) for even cooking.
