Cooking Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place your chicken wings in a large Tupperware container with a lid. Pour Mini Pinoy Grill All-Purpose Marinade over the wings, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Gently massage the marinade into the chicken for a consistent flavour.
  2. Refrigerate to Marinate: Cover the container and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
  3. Prepare the Barbecue: Preheat your barbecue on high heat. Make sure the grill or hot plates are fully heated before cooking to get the perfect sear.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken wings on the barbecue with the skin side down. Cook until juices start to rise to the surface (a sign the chicken is cooking through). Flip the wings and continue cooking, basting generously with marinade after each turn. Be careful to avoid burning while achieving a golden, caramelised finish. Also, always ensure to cook any basted on marinade.
