Ingredients

What you will need

  • Air fryer
  • Baking paper
  • Olive oil spray
  • Airtight container or large bowl
  • Tongs

Method

  1. Place the Maryland chicken pieces into an airtight container or large bowl.
  2. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken, making sure all pieces are evenly coated.
  3. Pour over the Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade and massage well into the chicken.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For deeper flavour, marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Lightly line the basket with baking paper if needed.
  6. Place 2 chicken pieces skin-side down in the basket, depending on the size of your air fryer. Lightly spray with olive oil. Cook for 12 minutes, then turn and cook for another 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  7. Rest for a few minutes, then serve with rice, salad, or dipping sauce.
