- 1 bottle Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade
- 1 to 2 kg lamb chops
What you will need
- Tupperware container
- Barbecue
- Tongs
- Basting brush
Cooking Instructions
1. Marinate the lamb
Place the lamb chops in a large Tupperware container with a lid. Pour Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade over the lamb, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Gently massage the marinade into the meat for even flavour.
2. Refrigerate
Cover the container and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
3. Prepare the barbecue
Preheat your barbecue on high heat. Make sure the grill or hot plate is fully heated before cooking.
4. Grill the lamb chops
Place the lamb chops on the barbecue with even spacing. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side, or until caramelised on the edges. Flip and cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes, basting with marinade after each turn. Adjust the cooking time depending on your preferred doneness.
5. Serve and enjoy
Serve the lamb chops hot with fresh salad or steamed rice for a bold and satisfying barbecue meal.
