Bring bold flavour to the table with these oven baked short ribs. Marinated with Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade, these ribs are baked until tender, juicy, and caramelised for a rich and satisfying finish. This easy recipe is perfect for cosy dinners, weekend cooking, or sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade
- 1 to 1.5 kg beef short ribs

- Foil
- Baking paper
- Spoon
- 1 baking tray
Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the tray
Line a large oven tray or baking dish with foil, then place baking paper on top. Make sure it is large enough to fit the short ribs.
2. Marinate the short ribs
Place the short ribs in the centre of the baking paper and pour Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade over all sides. Wrap the ribs tightly in the baking paper and foil.
3. Refrigerate
Place the wrapped short ribs in the fridge and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C fan forced or 220°C conventional.
5. Bake covered
Place the wrapped short ribs onto the baking tray and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
6. Unwrap and continue baking
Carefully open the foil and baking paper to expose the short ribs. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Baste the ribs
Spoon the cooking juices over the short ribs. For extra flavour, add a little more Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade if desired.
8. Finish baking
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the short ribs are cooked through, tender, and caramelised to your liking.
9. Serve and enjoy
Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or salad for a rich and satisfying meal.
