Taste the mouth-watering flavours of the Philippines with these oven baked pork ribs. Marinated with Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade, these ribs are baked until tender, juicy, and full of bold flavour for a rich fall-off-the-bone finish. This easy recipe is perfect for family dinners, weekend feasts, or casual entertaining at home.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade
- 1 x 1 to 1.5 kg pork ribs
What you will need
- Foil
- Baking paper
- Spoon
- 3 baking trays
Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the tray
Line a large oven tray or baking dish with foil, then place baking paper on top. Make sure it is large enough to fit the pork ribs.
2. Marinate the ribs
Place the ribs in the centre of the baking paper and pour Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade over both sides. Wrap the ribs tightly in the baking paper and foil. Repeat if cooking multiple racks.
3. Refrigerate
Place the wrapped ribs in the fridge and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C fan forced or 220°C conventional.
5. Bake covered
Place the wrapped ribs onto separate baking trays and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
6. Unwrap and continue baking
Carefully open the foil and baking paper to expose the ribs. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Baste the ribs
Flip the ribs over and spoon the cooking juices over the top. For extra flavour, add a little more Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade if desired.
8. Finish baking
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through and caramelised to your liking.
9. Serve and enjoy
Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or salad for a bold and satisfying meal.
