- 1 bottle (350ml) Mini Pinoy Grill - All Purpose Marinade
- 350ml water (Fill Mini Pinoy Grill Bottle with water)
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon whole black pepper
What you will need
- Slow cooker

Cooking Instructions
1
Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the pork pieces in the slow cooker. Pour in the Mini Pinoy Grill All-Purpose Marinade and water.
2
Add Aromatics: Add the bay leaves and black pepper to the pot, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
3
Cook Low and Slow: Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook for 6–8 hours, or on high heat for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender and infused with flavour.
4
Thicken the Sauce (Optional): If you prefer a thicker sauce, transfer the liquid to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat until it reduces to your desired consistency.
5
Serve and Enjoy: Serve hot with steamed rice, spooning the rich adobo sauce over the top.
