Ingredients
- 4 lamb shanks
- 1 bottle (350 ml) Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade
- 350 ml water
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon whole black pepper

- Slow cooker

Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the slow cooker
Place the lamb shanks into the slow cooker. Pour in the Mini Pinoy Grill All Purpose Marinade and 350 ml water.
2. Add the aromatics
Add the bay leaves and whole black pepper, making sure they are evenly distributed through the sauce.
3. Slow cook until tender
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours, until the lamb is tender and easily falls off the bone.
4. Serve and enjoy
Serve the lamb shanks hot with steamed rice or creamy mashed potatoes, spooning the rich sauce over the top.
